Cancellation Policy
By placing this order, you agree that it is final and non-cancelable. Cancellation requests will not be accepted unless we are able to resell the tickets to another customer at the same price. In the event that a resale is possible, a cancellation fee of $25 may apply to cover administrative costs. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing, and any acceptance of a cancellation will be solely at our discretion based on our ability to resell the ticket(s). Registration, attendance and/or participation in SDDS’ courses/events constitutes an agreement by the registrant/sponsor to SDDS’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
