Dr. Apekian is a general and cosmetic dentist based in Midtown, Sacramento, known for her use of cutting-edge dental technologies such as CAD/CAM, 3D Imaging, 3D Printing, and advanced infection control systems, as well as complete digital integration.

Committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry, Dr. Apekian engages in continuous post-doctoral education and training. She is a key opinion leader for DENTSPLY Sirona, DATUM dental, Kuraray Noritake and mentors dentists in using CAD/CAM technology for various dental procedures. Additionally, she lectures nationwide on improving efficiency through office design and workflow optimization. She recently received the Smart Integration Award, recognizing her contributions to modern treatment solutions for female clinicians globally.

Darrell Chun, DDS, MAGD

Dr. Chun maintains a private practice in Elk Grove, California, where he has practiced for over 32 years. He enjoys staying current and integrating the latest technologies that benefit both his patients as well as himself. He has been using scanning technology with Cerec for over 17 years and has integrated other scanning platforms like Trios and Medit. Dr. Chun also feels the importance and benefits of becoming active in organized dentistry and is the immediate past President of the California AGD.

David Lopes, DDS

Dr. Lopes serves as the Field Clinical Director for North America at Align Technology, Inc. Since 1997, he has been providing highly personalized, patient-centered, comprehensive dentistry and functional smile designs. He became Invisalign certified in 2007, with pre-restorative clear aligner therapy as a significant part of his practice. Dr. Lopes is also a global speaker on the business and clinical aspects of comprehensive bioesthetic dentistry, highlighting Invisalign, iTero, and exocad’s powerful potential roles. He joined Align Technology’s global clinical team in 2016, further strengthening their efforts and objectives within the GP profession. Today as part of Align’s North American clinical team, Dr. Lopes contributes towards customer success and education, product commercialization, business development, and market research.
